Our office is located in a one story medical plaza behind Citi Bank, which is located on the Southwest corner of Broward Blvd. and 84th Ave.

From Palm Beach (I-95)
Take I-95 Southbound to Exit 27 (Broward Blvd). Head west (Right) on Broward Blvd for about 6 miles. Once you past University Drive you will make a left hand turn on 84th Avenue and then your first right. Our office will be located on the left-hand side.

From Miami (I-95)
Take I-95 Northbound to Exit 27 (Broward Blvd). Head west (Left) on Broward Blvd for about 6 miles. Once you past University Drive you will make a left hand turn on 84th Avenue and then your first right. Our office will be located on the left-hand side.

From Sawgrass (North)
Take the Sawgrass Express way Southbound and exit at I-595 EAST towards Ft. Lauderdale. Exit at Pine Island (Exit 4) via SR84. Make a left hand turn onto Pine Island Rd. Make a right hand turn onto Broward Blvd and then a right at the next light, 84th Ave. Then make an immediate right. Our office will be located on the left-hand side.

From I-75 (South)
Take I-75 North to I-595 EAST towards Ft. Lauderdale. Exit at Pine Island (Exit 4) via SR84. Make a left hand turn onto Pine Island Rd. Make a right hand turn onto Broward Blvd and then a right at the next light, 84th Ave. Then make an immediate right. Our office will be located on the left-hand side.
