Dr. Greene is one of the most sought after injectors in the United States, leading one of the premier facial plastic surgery practices in South Florida. He has dedicated his practice to non-surgical facial rejuvenation, helping patients achieve their cosmetic goals utilizing office-based procedures. For many years, he was considered to be one of the top rhinoplasty surgeons. For over a decade, Dr. Greene has served as a Master Injector, Key Opinion Leader, and National Trainer for Allergan and Galderma. Every day, he sees patients from all over the state of Florida, from other areas of the United States, and outside the US. Patients seek Dr. Greene for his natural results, mastery of facial anatomy, innovative technique, clinical judgement and expertise. His contributions to medicine reach far beyond his medical practice, as an educator, author, and researcher. Throughout his career, he has authored numerous textbook chapters and articles in peer-reviewed medical journals. His continued research helps to advance the field of facial plastic surgery.

Dr Greene WestonDr. Greene is a product of exceptional training and education. He obtained his B.S. degree from Wake Forest University, where he majored in Biology. After spending time researching infectious diseases at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, he obtained a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology at the University of Georgia. For his Ph.D., he was awarded a prestigious grant from the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Greene’s research led to the development of numerous patents and was instrumental in developing a diagnostic test that is currently used in developing countries. Through his exposure to medicine and public health, he ultimately chose to follow his calling to become a physician.

"Over the years, experience has taught me to trust my instincts, listen carefully to my patients, and be critical of my own results in order to become the best doctor I can be.”

At the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio, he graduated at the top of his class. He excelled to the top 3% in his class in clinical rotations, and was selected for the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. While in medical school, Dr. Greene developed an interest in facial aesthetic surgery. His understanding of art and aesthetics, coupled with his natural surgical skill, drew him to the unique specialty of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. With a passionate interest in facial plastic surgery, Dr. Greene then completed a residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago. This training program is considered by many to be the finest training ground for facial plastic surgery in the U.S. Here he trained with world-renowned leaders in facial plastic surgery and pioneers of non-surgical rejuvenation including facial fillers. Due to his strong candidacy, Dr. Greene was among a small, elite group of individuals selected for a Fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Here he acquired additional advanced training in facial plastic surgery as the sole Fellow at the University of Miami. As a Fellow, he had his own injectable clinic, where he began to hone his craft.

Dr. Greene has received many awards and honors throughout his medical career. He has also published numerous landmark research articles and textbook chapters on facial plastic surgery. He was notably invited to serve as a Contributing Editor in a groundbreaking textbook on neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and injectable fillers. This textbook is used by practitioners around the world as a reference for the use and technique of injectable agents. Other textbook chapters he has authored on topics such as rhinoplasty, filler complications, neurotoxins (Botox), and neck rejuvenation have served as important contributions to the medical literature. His expertise is recognized by his peers, as he is regularly invited to lecture at the world’s most prestigious aesthetic meetings on topics such as facial fillers and laser treatments.

Dr. Greene takes pride in delivering compassionate care to each and every patient. His philosophy is simple: Create the best result for each patient, without compromising integrity, patient safety, or ethics. It is Dr. Greene’s belief that this guiding principle will optimize patient outcomes and will best serve his patients and the community. For over a decade, Dr. Greene has shared his exceptional technical skills, aesthetic vision, warm personality, and professionalism to thousands of patients in his South Florida practice.

After performing well over 50,000 injectable neuromodulator and filler treatments, Dr. Greene still feels that no two treatments have ever been the same. Creating results that patients love only comes from listening to patients, understanding their facial anatomy, and carefully executing the treatment. Dr. Greene’s patients understand his dedication and complete passion for making them happy.
