Dr. Greene sought training in both primary and revision rhinoplasty, as nasal surgery is one of his passions as he appreciates its complex nature. He employs both the external and endonasal approaches, tailoring surgery to the needs of the patient. His background in otolaryngology also taught him to appreciate the functional aspects of nasal surgery, and he recognizes that successful septorhinoplasty does not neglect either aesthetic or functional principles.
Dr. Greene will employ facelifting, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), and brow lifting, in addition to complementary fat grafting. Facial rejuvenation is an evolving aspect of facial plastic surgery, as reductive techniques have given way to more volume replacement. A comprehensive consultation is necessary to decide which approach is most appropriate for each patient.
This broad division of facial plastic surgery spans simple closures to more radical reconstruction. Dr. Greene has extensive experience in the reconstruction of Moh’s surgical defects, and many of these procedures can be performed in his office procedure suite. More complicated reconstructions include facial implants and revision surgery following facial trauma. Finally, Dr. Greene performs scar revisions as well.
