For Patients - About Your Visit
Dr. Greene's schedule for appointments fills up approximately 2-3 months in advance. Please give our office a call to schedule at 954-651-6600. If you wish to be seen sooner, you can be added to our appointment waiting list, but a sooner appointment with him cannot be guaranteed. Dr. Greene is one of the most sought after and accomplished injectors in the nation. In order for a new patient to schedule an appointment with him, consultation fee of $150 is required. This fee is only collected to schedule your initial appointment. The fee is non-refundable. The fee can be applied to your injectable treatment with Dr. Greene on the same day as the consultation. If a patient is not a candidate or elects not to have treatment that day, the amount is applied toward the consultation fee and cannot be transferred to other services or patients. If the appointment is canceled by the patient, the consultation fee is not refunded. Please keep in mind when scheduling treatment around important events, as bruising and/or swelling may last 2 to 4 weeks. Health insurance is not accepted at our office, and all payments must be received at the time of service.
Dr. Greene's highly experienced Physician Assistant Holly Shipley, MMS, PA offers complimentary consultations. She has been working alongside Dr. Greene in his office since 2013.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
We take pride in delivering quality and personalized care. Each and every appointment space is important. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call or email us at least 24 hours in advance, and calling early in the day is appreciated.
If a NEW patient does not provide a 24 hour notice of appointment cancellation (or does not show up to their appointment), then there will be a consultation fee of $150 to schedule their next appointment. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The fee does not apply towards any treatments and services.
If an EXISTING patient fails to provide a 24 hours notice or misses an appointment, then 50% of the treatment fee will be collected over the phone in order to re-schedule. This will be applied to treatment that day. If the patient fails to show up or provide a 24 hour notice, then the collected amount is forfeited and not transferable.

About Your Visit
In Preparation for Your Visit:
Upon scheduling an appointment, you will receive an email confirmation from our office. The email will include your appointment date and time, our office address, and an online link. Please click on this online link that will lead you to our secure patient portal. All new patients are required to complete this online registration prior to their appointment. Please call us if you need assistance with registration.
We will contact you a couple of days prior to your appointment to confirm your appointment. If we do not hear back from you 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be subject to automatic cancellation. Please expect to be in our office for approximately 1-2 hours during your appointment.

We offer the following Care Credit financing programs:
- 6 months financing with no interest (minimum $500 charge)
- 24 months extended plan with interest (minimum $1,000 charge)
You will be greeted by one of our friendly Patient Care Coordinators, who will complete your registration. All patients are required to bring a valid photo ID for proper patient identification. Consent forms are signed electronically, and these will be reviewed with you. A copy of our notice of privacy practices is also available if you wish to receive a copy. We value patient privacy, and schedule ample time in between patients for your convenience and discretion. We ask that you please contact us more than 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
During Your Consultation:
One of our Patient Care Coordinators will meet you to answer any preliminary questions you may have. You can expect a comprehensive, personalized consultation with Dr. Greene. He will discuss your concerns with you and complete a physical examination. An individualized treatment plan will be developed. Dr. Greene will discuss any of the proposed treatment options with you, to help you decide which treatment plan is right for you.
After Your Consultation
After the consultation, you will meet with one of our Patient Care Coordinators, where cost of the treatment and financing options are discussed. Your visit will be in a comfortable, no pressure atmosphere. We support your personal choice in selecting the physician that you feel comfortable and confident with.
