Consultations with Dr. Greene are complementary and can be arranged via internet, phone, or email request.

About Your Visit

In Preparation for Your Visit:

In order to expedite your visit, please ask us to email or fax you our new patient forms to complete. Please bring any pertinent medical records or diagnostic tests, if applicable. Many patients like to bring their own written questions and concerns to discuss during the visit.

Upon Arrival:

You will be greeted by one of our friendly Patient Care Coordinators, who is available to answer any preliminary questions you may have. We value patient privacy, and schedule ample time in between patients for your convenience and discretion. We ask that you please contact us more than 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

During Your Consultation:

You can expect a comprehensive, personalized consultation with Dr. Greene. He will discuss your concerns with you and complete a physical examination. An individualized treatment plan will be developed. Dr. Greene will discuss any of the proposed treatment options with you, to help you decide which treatment plan is right for you.

After Your Consultation

After the consultation, you will meet with one of our Patient Care Coordinators, where cost of the procedure and financing options are discussed. Your visit will be in a comfortable, no pressure atmosphere to schedule a treatment. We support your personal choice in selecting the surgeon that you feel comfortable and confident with.

Scheduling Your Surgery

Dr. Greene requires two visits before undergoing any surgical procedure. Once you have decided to proceed with surgery, our staff makes the scheduling process as smooth as possible.

Payment:

A $500 deposit will be collected to reserve a date for your surgical procedure or CO2 laser treatment. This $500 will be applied to your surgery balance. The remaining amount is due in full at the time of your final pre-operative visit. If you choose to cancel your procedure before your pre-operative appointment, the $500 fee is non-refundable but transferable to other procedures, treatments, or products. If you have any questions regarding our financial policy or procedure, please do not hesitate to contact our office staff and we would be happy to assist you.

  • Physical exam & history review
  • Receive surgical clearance (if necessary)
  • Discuss photos and patient expectations
  • Review surgical plan
  • Complete consent forms
  • Provide prescriptions
