Physician AssistantHolly Shipley, MMS, PA-C is a NCCPA board certified and state licensed Physician Assistant. Holly received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida where she majored in Per-Clinical Health Allied Science. She then completed her Masters of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University, graduating with highest honors. Holly has specialized in cosmetics and has worked alongside Dr. Greene since 2013.
Allison Dauer, BSPH, BSN, RN - Office Manager/Registered NurseAllison has extensive experience in the field of facial plastic surgery. She serves as the office manager and patient care coordinator, and her training as a nurse makes her well suited to directly care for patients. She obtained a degree in public health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her nursing degree from the University of Miami. Her compassionate nature will help guide you through the process with greater confidence and ease. Allison is available to address any concerns or needs throughout your entire experience. In her free time, Allison enjoys racquet sports, international travel, and discovering new restaurants.
Rebecca Draizin, LEBorn and Raised in Miami, Rebecca received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Miami. Additionally, in 2006, she received her license to practice as an esthetician from Florida College of Natural Health. During her position as an esthetician in both a medical spa and dermatology setting, she gained experience in multiple aspects of her field. During those years, she commonly performed treatments such as medical facials, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Now Rebecca serves as both Dr. Greene’s medical assistant as well our licensed esthetician. Her passion for skincare is apparent in her commitment to expand her skills.

Alli FernandezAlli has been a highly experienced provider of multiple treatments in our office since 2015, specializing in Morpheus8, Coolsculpting, and Ultherapy. Alli brings a wealth of knowledge to our office, with her years of experience as a Medical Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator. Alli listens to her patient’s concerns and evaluates their needs to ensure that they have the best possible experience from consultation to treatment. In addition to her treatment expertise, her extremely caring, honest, and funny personality makes her an asset to the GreeneMD team.
Sthefany Riol, BSHASthefany was born in Maracay, Venezuela and grew up in South Florida. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Health Services and Administration from Florida International University. Sthefany cherishes her role as a Medical Assistant, understanding the importance of patient care ensuring every patient feels comfortable during their treatments. In her free time she enjoys being with her dogs, boating, exercising, and watching sports.
