A female patient presented with concerns of a gummy smile combined with upper lip thinning due to volume loss. Botox was administered to relax hyperactive muscles contributing to excessive lip elevation, and one syringe of dermal filler was used to restore volume in both lips. The treatment resulted in a smoother, more hydrated, and plumper appearance, with reduced gingival display when smiling.
