Planning your visit to GreeneMD ensures a seamless experience and helps you get the most from your appointment with Dr. Greene or Physician Assistant Holly Shipley. Below, we outline everything you need to know about scheduling, payment, forms, and what to expect-especially if you’re traveling from out of town.

Consultation Fee and Appointment Scheduling

• A $150 consultation fee is required to schedule your initial appointment with Dr. Greene.
• This fee can be applied toward your injectable treatment with Dr. Greene if performed the same day as your consultation.
• If you are not a candidate or choose not to have treatment that day, the fee covers the consultation and is not transferable to other services or patients.
• Deposits are valid for two years.
• Dr. Greene’s Physician Assistant, Holly Shipley, MMS, PA, offers complimentary consultations.

Important Note:
Plan your appointment with consideration for potential bruising or swelling, which may last 2 to 4 weeks after treatment.

Cancellation Policy

• Please call or email at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a $150 cancellation fee.

How to Schedule Your Appointment

• We recommend calling for a detailed discussion about your needs.
• After scheduling, you will receive an email confirmation with your appointment details, office address, and policies.
• New patients should arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete paperwork and registration.
• Expect to spend 1-2 hours in the office for your appointment.
• We will contact you a few days prior to confirm. If we do not receive confirmation 24 hours before your appointment, your slot may be automatically canceled.

• After your consultation with your provider, your treatment plan, costs, and financing options will be reviewed in a comfortable, no-pressure environment.

• Our office is experienced in accommodating patients traveling from outside the Weston, Florida area.
