Patient Information
In order for a new patient to schedule an appointment with Dr. Greene, a consultation fee of $150 is required. This fee is only collected to schedule your initial appointment. The fee is non-refundable. The fee can be applied to your injectable treatment with Dr. Greene on the same day as the consultation. If a patient is not a candidate or elects not to have treatment that day, the amount is applied toward the consultation fee and cannot be transferred to other services or patients.
Dr. Greene’s highly experienced Physician Assistant Holly Shipley, MMS, PA offers complimentary consultations. With over a decade of experience working alongside Dr. Greene, Holly brings a wealth of expertise and a personalized approach to every patient.
Please keep in mind when scheduling treatment around important events, as bruising and/or swelling may last 2 to 4 weeks.
