Due to its unique properties, Revanesse Versa can create very natural results in the lower face. Some hyaluronic acid fillers can look stiff or puffy if placed incorrectly or in patients with thin skin. Versa is a softer filler that creates a smooth, natural appearance.
Revanesse is a dermal filler which has been manufactured by Prollenium in Canada since 2012. Revanesse Versa was approved for use in the U.S. in 2017, followed by Revanesse Lips in 2020. Like Juvederm and Restylane, Revanesse is a hyaluronic acid filler. The Revanesse filler particles are smoother and more uniform than those of other fillers, and are made up of only high molecular weight hyaluronic acid. This advantage creates a smoother product that induces less swelling once injected and leads to excellent longevity. Longevity with Revanesse is comparable to other hyaluronic acid fillers, and may last even longer in some patients.
